Processes are fast; however, they failed to warned me about pre-paid envelopes to deliver documents. I had to leave the consulate to run to the postal office, and when I got back to the consulate they told me I needed another envelope, which I never got cause I’d had enough by then. I’ll pick up that other document whenever I go back to ATL
I don’t know who is in charge of this place but I just drove 4 hours and they are close. They never answer any phone call and never call back. Their web page is not updated and does not say it’s going to be close today why they are close on a USA holiday, not even schools are close. They should be considerate to people that live far away and is loosing a day of work. They should fire the head of this place and place someone who knows how to run it in favor of Peruvian community and not in favor of their laziness.
They are all kind, and their service goes smooth and fast. Just get there on time. Office it's on the 5th floor.
I didn’t need to be scolded for not hearing my name when I was called. I apologized, they still wanted to be rude as if one is a nobody. Never responds to the phone. Makes one not want to do the dual-citizenship.
I called and send an email and they responded immediately. After 5 days I had the legal documents that I needed. Nice people. Great service!
Great help getting the right documents for my family I appreciate it wish they were open a little later but nether the less
Very professional and they answered all of my questions. They were very kind.
I called no body answer but I left a voicemail and they gave me a call back soon. I have an appointment for tomorrow. Professional people.
Ms. Jessica Sanchez is very knowledgeable and was able to respond to all my questions. Thank you!
Why even have a phone number if you aren't going to answer. Extremely unprofessional, you'll probably die of old age before you receive service...
