An awesome place with a great location! I toured with Trinity and felt so informed and comfortable with the whole process! I can’t wait to move in!
I’ve been looking at apartments for a while now, getting ready to move. Nothing seemed like a good fit until I found this place. It’s reasonably priced and the staff is fantastic. Especially Trinity! She was so sweet and knowledgeable about the property. I’m so excited for my current lease to be up so I can move here!
PASS-- poor attention to details. try to ask them how to apply, since there site isn't working. And just got the run around. TERRIBLE 1st impression. Try to let them know that their application process online is acting up, and still they couldn't even read my email to understand that. Just so robotic and candid messages. Ugh.
We just got new management about 3 months ago. The staff is so helpful and friendly. But my FAVORITE thing is the maintenance staff is actually fixing things! They finally have security patrol monitoring at night which makes me feel so comfortable! Highly recommend moving here.
Toured this property, highly recommend it. Not looking to move right away, but definitely will be putting my application in when it gets closer to my move in date. Trinity and Alex were very helpful. Even with covid-19 going on, they made it feel like home!
Me and my father lived here for over 10 years in the Deville building it's been very clean
