Continuum Integrated is an Behavioral Health Care Center that provides a full array of services to meet the needs of patients with behavioral and emotional problems.

Story

Continuum Integrated provides Individual, Family and Group Psychotherapy Services. Children, Adolescents, and Adults may also be admitted to our Intensive Outpatient or Partial Hospitalization Program(s). Continuum’s staff includes Psychiatrist(s), Psychologist(s), Licensed Therapist, and Program Staff.

Services:
Initial Assessment – All patients receive an assessment during their first visit to Continuum. Patients or families may opt at this point to receive only an assessment and recommendations for solving or improving what they are facing.

Psychiatric Evaluation – Patients who choose to see the physician for diagnosis and treatment with medications may be scheduled for an appointment usually within 7 to 14 days. The physician treats a variety of problems and works to assure the course necessary for improving functioning.

Psychotherapy - Therapists are trained to provide help with emotional and behavioral problems that interfere with achieving desired successes in the lives of our patients. They are also in the unique position to work closely with the evaluating psychiatrist to assist with monitoring and following treatment recommendations.

Higher Level Treatment Programs - Continuum Integrated provides Intensive Outpatient Programs and Partial Hospitalization Programs for our patients who need more rigorous help with their problems. Care at this level is closely monitored by the physician and requires more time and commitment to a structured treatment course. The programs are designed to assure that our patients are stable and on their way to recovery and/or wellness.
