Service man came out and did his work outside. Seemed very efficient. But he moved the satellite dish knocking out the cable service for the day. Had to pay $99 for Directv to come and readjust the dish. When he moved the dish it dislocated the CenturyLink phone line. So we had no land line phone or internet service.
