Crandell Pest Control

I’ve been using Crandall for just over a year, I believe. I first had pest control and then discontinued that but still get the weed emergent spray about every six months. Brandon has been my tech each time, and he is so sweet and professional. He offered advice on an unrelated issue to this newbie AZ home owner. I give him 10/5 stars! The part that I don’t like is that my cost for this service has almost doubled $70-$130 in just about a years time. I get increases, especially during this time when everything is increasing. However, almost double seems excessive. Another thing, I call every time to make my appointments. No one advised me of an increase any of the times, until Brandon did so when he came out. At that point, he’s already here and I feel guilty wasting his time, so I’ve agreed. I told him that seemed a bit excessive for an almost 100% increase in a year and he agreed and told me that I didn’t have to get it. I agreed to have him spray, but will definitely look elsewhere before I schedule any more appointments. I feel a bit taken advantage of again; I totally understand an increase or two. Overall, I think Brandon is great, the scheduling process is super easy, and all employees have been friendly and professional, so it’s a bummer I may discontinue using this company. Although, in all fairness, I haven’t looked at pricing, and so I don’t know if this kind of increase has been normal in the last 6 or so months. Either way, though, it should have been communicated when I called to schedule it via email BEFORE Brandon came to do the work.
