Excellent fitness center. Structured like a YMCA. There is a plethora of options to fill your fitness needs. They also have an excellent childcare center, which puts my mind at ease, because I know my son is running around while I workout. He comes out sweatier than me!

We're members here and really enjoy the clean facilities and selection. My only complaint is when running on the indoor track that sometimes people clump together and block your path to continue running!

Conway Regional is a very good gym and I believe it's the best option of you have more than one child, because they have child care, as well as a free aerobics class during the week for the kids.  I'm not going to be able to afford another year, but it is good for families, especially during the summer, and they have an indoor pool.
