I received a call today from a collection agency in North Carolina. I haven't been to the gym in a couple of years, but continued to pay monthly through an automatic credit card capture. When my card number changed a couple of months ago and I forgot to update these guys, they allowed a balance to accrue without calling me or sending a letter. So imagine my surprise when I get a call from someone threatening to take me to court. I thought it was a telephone scam. Called the gym and found out what had happened. I spoke with a guy that said he personally tried to call me last week (I have had the same phone number for 56 years), NO Missed calls or voice mails! I drove to the gym and spoke with this guy, explaining the situation and letting him know that I pay my bills. Explained that I had been paying the gym for years without using the equipment and that I would have continued to do so for many more years. It was like talking to a wall. Not even an apology!!! Worst customers service I have ever encountered!!!

Open 24/7! Clean and quiet atmosphere. Definitely a setting for the ambitious fitness enthusiast.

Never too crowded and has all the equipment you could need. Has a lot of accessory bars that other gyms around here don't have... like an SSB and hex bar.

Great local gym that has everything you will ever need, not much of a crowd even during peak hours, and offers 24/7 access for less than the competition. Check them out!
