Proprietor and Chef Owner Tom Coohill trained with culinary masters at the three-star Michelin L'Oustau de Baumaniere in France, the five-star Mobile Le Francais in Illinois and Le Ste. Germain and Ma Maison in Los Angeles. He has been invited as a Guest Chef at the James Beard House in New York and was the owner of the renowned Ciboulette in Atlanta. Chef Coohill's Denver inspiration will feature the unhurried French-influenced dining experience so popular today.
