Great spot for lunch. The meat is delicious. It's buffet style. Everything they have in the buffet is amazing. I was surprised the codfish was on point. Def go there. Service is great. Speedy service and there is seating.

the buffet here is nothing but meats and starches, stewing in the best broth in queens. the gizzard stew is delicious. Hangover heaven and cheat day paradise. Also, unlike most places round this neck of the woods it's actually easy to find a table and enjoy yourself. top 5 buffet in astoria take note

This is not a buffet in this traditional sense were you pay one price and eat as much as you want. Yes you can eat as much as you want but you pay for it by the pound at about $7.50 per pound. They have a small Buffet Style food table to pick what you want to eat such as salads, Meats other than rotisserie and a few other things plus someone next to an oven that cuts up various cuts of meat for you that are rotisserie cooked. They have skirt steak, top sirloin, pork tenderloin some sausages plus a couple of their cuts of meat and I believe some chicken. In the buffet you can have pork, chicken and lasagna and other things. You can basically eat as much as you want but you pay for it by the pound. The meat is fairly fatty and this is basically a No-Frills establishment for just something to catch a quick bite to eat and nothing fancy. The food itself tasted okay. It was kind of on the plain side, not very much flavor and it could have been better.

I mean seriously, for 6 dollars I was able to eat a very good meal, fresh steak and hot sausages right off the grill and a nicely placed salad with lime. There prices are very good. I would highly recommend visiting this place for a nice big lunch

Awesome meats. Skip the buffet (except rice, beans and plantains). Head straight for the meat.
