This was my first time that my car was involved in an accident and needed serious repairs. I was pretty nervous about how everything was going to be handled. Craig and the Copeland auto body team could not have made it a better experience for me. Not only does the car look like like it did when I drove it off the lot but their customer service was top notch. Craig and Ramiro were amazing - super communicative through everything and very kind and helpful. We worked things out for my schedule and they even coordinated with Enterprise for my pick up another car dinged my bumper so it was all through insurance. They made the entire process wicked easy and enjoyable. They even buffed out other dents from cars opening their doors into mine for free! My new car was new again and I’m very very happy. They knew how long it would take to fix my car and were communicative throughout the process. Cannot recommend these guys enough and will 100% come back for any repairs my cars need.

Having repairs done at Copeland Street Auto Body that Craig and guys are so friendly and professional. It saved lot of time, money and no any headaches! They helped me to bargain double amount of the estimate repair price with insurance for the fully cover. This place is AMAZING! I had an accident and brought my car in for repairs and it was returned looking brand new. The interior and exterior were both beautifully cleaned as well. I was very satisfied with the quality of the service and the attention to details from the staff and from Craig the owner. The car had some minor paint imperfections when I took the delivery and I did point out right away. Ramiro took care and the guys went above and beyond to fix the issue. My car is a 2022 and my initial concerns about the car not being fix properly were dissipated by the high quality of work and the professionalism from the shop. Highly recommend this shop!! Worked with Ramiro for some paint touch ups, paneling replacements, and a detail. He was helpful, easy to reach, and honest from the start. His team also did excellent work for a fair price. Definitely a solid shop.
