Still never received second part of my order that was on backorder for months. Called usps about 3 times and emails they said only thing was created was a label it never was shipped. I ask cops plus they say it was shipped just will dispute the charge at this point.

I have ordered a few times from the website and it was easy and efficient. Very happy with this company and will order from them again ! If im ever in NY I will stop by the shop. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK COPS PLUS ! We need you !

They will stand by their product, customer service over the phone is good, they are knowledgeable about firearms, holsters and accessories, the website is easy to use. My only beef was that they took 6 days to ship my holster, but I have it now, and it works great.

Be advised that this is an office location and not a actual store. They were helpful and can assist you with ordering online or processing your return. They do have some stuff for you to buy there like pepper sprays and handcuffs.
