I really want to love this place and have tried it many times. When they first opened their new location, I was excited and the food had improved. Unfortunately, since then they have been on a downward spiral. This time our server disappeared for 35 minutes, it took 40 minutes to get our food, which came out undercooked and had to be sent back. The second try at our food was cooked, but the quality was lacking.
Each time I have been in, the staff has turned over and I recently heard they had a new chef again. There is so much potential for a gluten free restaurant in Colorado Springs...with the proper management, this place may be really good. Though, after half a dozen visits with low quality service and food, this was my last.

We love this gluten-free restaurant! Amazing service, great ambience, delicious food! Cute outdoor seating and they serve alcohol also. Desserts are amazing, but the savory offerings are unmatched for delicious gluten-free meals! Their crusty breads would never let you know there's no gluten in them--mind blowing!! Truly a hidden Colorado Springs gem!

If you are gluten-free like I am, or not even gluten-free, this is a marvelous place to eat. The entire restaurant is gluten free. I had lunch there with two friends who are not gluten free and we all three had the best lunch we've had in a long time. Try it you'll love it

I was visiting my family in Colorado Springs when my younger brother suggested we meet at this restaurant. It is a gluten-free restaurant with a full-service Bakery. All products are gluten free.
It's very contemporary inside and the dining areas are partitioned off one of which seems big enough to hold quite a few people (30), for perhaps, business meetings or large family functions.
The wait staff are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and very efficient in ordering and serving your dishes.
My coffee cup and my brothers glass of Ice-T we're never empty without a need for asking.
One thing is for sure you'll have a hard time passing the pastry displays both going in and coming out because everything looks so delicious.
The restaurant is situated in the lower downtown of Colorado Springs where it's kind of a sleepy neighborhood and the restaurant offers plenty of outdoor seating equal to about 25% of their total floor space.

I keep coming back in hopes thier service has changed, always a disappointment. Strolled up to satisfy our sweet tooth we ordered at the counter and sat outside. Every server ignored us and passed our table, all we wanted was a fork and napkins to enjoy what we ordered. Forks were brought but no napkins or water. Clearly your servers don't have much pride working for this company. It's sad because the desserts are delicious but the people who serve are rude and careless. Coquette's may need a crash course in customer satisfaction and service.
