So this is me and my husbands favorite pizza joint. He is from new York and says this place comes the closest to the pizza back home. We haven't been ordering pizza as much during the day like we used to and have noticed some serious differences between the day shift and evening shift employees.
The biggest one being wait time. We on average wait anywhere from an hour and a half up to two hours for one pizza when we order in the evenings. There is a female employee here who loves to put people on hold and then just never pick the phone back up. As well they really tend to short you on sauces in the evenings especially the sweet sauce for cinnamon knots (getting a tablespoon for 6 knots is a joke). And lastly there just isn't any comparison in quality, the pizza is always mediocre in the evenings.
If you want good genuine new York style pizza better stick to ordering for lunch.

Hell's Kitchen has really good pizza and bread knots (garlic, cinnamon, and buffalo). The pizza is fired in a brick oven, and the crust has a nice, chewy texture, and the slices are great folded. The salads are...OK. There is a small, but decent selection of beers (including local breweries) on both tap and in bottles.
The vast majority of the time we receive friendly help, but one of the guys there can be a little abrasive. It's not enough to stop me from returning, but I felt I should mention it because personnel interactions can color the experience.

This place rocks! Great customer service, amazing food. Nothing is ever the same, which tells me that everything is made fresh and to order. I’ve had most of the menu and have had no complaints! If you are looking for a good, local restaurant this is the place!
Pic attached showed no food due to me eating it all because it was sooooooooo good!

Not sure what the buzz is here. We went to the Cheyenne Mtn location and ordered 3 different slices- cheese, sausage and the “hell’s fire slice” which includes hot Italian sausage, pepperoni, fire sauce and cherry peppers. The cheese slice tasted old and dry with little cheese. The sausage slice was passable with more cheese and fresh, but the highly anticipated hells slice was sparse on toppings and cheese and not spicy at all. What a disappointment. I have had much better NY style at the Anthony’s chain. The garlic knots were tasty but not enough for a return meal for us.

AD saved the day. If it wasn’t for him I’d leave 1 star. The feta cheese was frozen for the Greek salad. The only thing Greek about the salad was the dressing that came out in a packet. They told us right before the pizza came out that they were out of mushrooms. The pizza was good, not great. O and to top it off my total for two pizzas and a salad somehow came to $91. This seemed impossible and I asked for my total to be checked. It was only when I returned to the register uneasy with my total. AD immediately caught the error that I had been charged for three pizzas not two. AD you get 5 stars in my book. Everything else, thumbs down.
