I used to frequent the Glendale restaurant often. I ran into a little issue and reported it to management. Nothing really happened but it seemed to work itself out. So I tried again tonight to get a meal from there. I got home with my meal and a whole portion of it was missing. Yes, I was upset as I drove through 5:00 o'clock traffic and was settling in at home for a comforting meal. It was when I called though that was so disappointing. The number on Google for Glendale is not their number; you get a call center. I did not know this and was telling the female who answered about my ordeal and it sounded like she hung up. I called back and a guy answered; he did not seem too concerned about anything but gave me the phone number to Glendale and tried to connect me. The connection did not work so I called the number he had given me. Verizon recording said something like the number was not available. I called the call center back, the guy said he would "escalate" it to a supervisor; this was not going to happen for a while, nothing tonight. So, that was about it. No real customer service; no real concern. so what that I got an incomplete meal. The whole situation was kind of "so what". Hang up calls; no connections. This is not a real restaurant.

Finally a fast food restaurant that caters to the Health Conscious. Delicious, Nutritious and Generous portions. Good bang for the buck. Gluten Free options.

Usually get takeout, though the restaurant is clean and when I stay to eat it's got a good atmosphere (low noise, dencent music). Food was great as usual, and quick. I recommend the house red wine; my cashier had a heavy hand on my most recent visit, so it was an extra good deal ;)

Really good healthy stuff. Not overpriced. Not that it was cheap but I thought it was reasonable... these days you gotta pay a bit of a premium for healthy food and good ingredients.
The place is comfy with plenty of seating and parking.
Definitely coming back.

If this place's food was stocked correctly, I would easily give them a 4 star rating. Two visits in a row (within two weeks), they were out of multiple menu items. Both times I went at about 6pm, before dinner rush and long before closing time. I've had a similar issue at another location. Whoever is in charge of ordering food supplies clearly needs do to a better job of anticipating demand. It's not like this place is brand new. The staff seem not to care in the slightest and don't apologize for being out of stock either. I know they can't change it, but a better attitude would go a long way.
That being said, when they actually have food, it's generally very good. There aren't a ton of quick, quality, healthy options out there like this place, but I've been frustrated enough that I likely won't return for a while.
