Vesta

My bride and I made reservation for a dinner at Vesta last week. It was one of the most romantic places I have ever been to. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. We were glad that they have a lot of gluten-free options. We enjoyed our meal and the service they provided us with. Desserts and cocktails were just out of this world! We would definitely return and highly recommend checking this spot.

Holy #&$@ the pork belly bits are @&#&##$ AMAZING. I am adding to this review now 2 days later and this place is one of the top 5 meals I have ever had. I am still thinking about this meal! Chef you have an amazing eye for food and I hope that you continue to dazzle the Denver food scene! Bring this down to Colorado Springs so you can take my money more often!

The Madras Grilled Venison was spot on. The service was excellent. A great downtown Denver spot to eat. Highly recommend. The ghost pepper BBQ sauce had the right amount of heat. Didn't use much since the venison had so much flavor on its own.

This restaurant has been a favorite of my wife and I since we moved to Denver 13 years ago. We would go to Vesta for our anniversary, birthday, or just for a nice dinner. I always have great dining experiences with the bed tenderloin, while my wife usually does a seafood dish. Sambal aioli is good is you want a bit of a kick with your dish, otherwise, the roasted corn is easy on the palate. Great service and attentive staff. Go! You cannot go wrong at this restaurant. Oh, and try the Dragon's Breath for dessert!

This place is straight awesome, especially if you love sauce. My whole group ordered vennison and/or lamb and they raved all weekend. I got to try about 8 of the sauces and oddly enjoyed a dinner of essentially bread and dip. Nothing is as spicy as advertised, so don't believe their 4 star spice rating on the ghost pepper sauce. Awesome round booth tables with high privacy walls are good for 6 friends or 8 very good friends.
