Just BE Kitchen

I live just a couple blocks down the road and, somehow, had never stopped by. I am so glad that I did today! My boyfriend and I are foodies and, with living downtown, eat out for breakfast on average about 2-4 times a week, so my expectations for Just Be were high, especially given that this is a health-forward restaurant. I was impressed beyond expectation... The atmosphere and service were great, and the breakfast burrito I ordered was one of the best I’ve ever had (maybe even THE best). Such a great spot for a quick (delicious) bite, to hangout and get some work done, or meet up with friends! I will definitely be telling everyone about this place!

To begin... This one year open restaurant is 100% corn, grain, soy, oil, bean and refined sugar free, and 99% dairy free. Sounds awful, right! It's quickly becoming one of my favorite spots to eat. Hands down, the breakfast burrito is the best in Denver! The tortilla is genuinely amazing. The Chicken sandwich on a biscuit is a go to favorite and today I'm having the grass fed burger w/ an egg added. Good Call! I was a bit hesitant to have a dessert fearing it would taste like its healthy but ordered the brownie trifle and was pleasantly surprised. In short I'm happy to have this little gem local and in our 'hood.

My teacher invited me to try one of her regular restaurants, being that she's a big foodie, I trusted her. Let me just say, this place does not disappoint! This place is great for those feeling in a funk, digestion-wise (that was me), and I ordered a simple arugula salad with my free Yelp coffee. Just BE provided a good amount of food that wasn't overfilling or skimpy. I could taste the flavors and freshness in the ingredients of my dish. The atmosphere is cozy and very friendly, so those of you that want to visit this place solo, I'd totally recommend a visit. Lastly, this was my first visit, but I guarantee there will be many more in the future.

With a 100% gluten free menu, tons of vegetarians and even some vegan options this place is amazing! I had the breakfast burrito, the biscuits and gravy, and the vanilla cake and everything was super delicious. If you're looking for a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner this is the spot to go!

Off the charts. While staying downtown in Union station we usually opt for snooze. This time we wanted to go for a walk in the foggy cold morning. A friend from the gym recommended we try Just Be. so glad we did. The Burrito was amazing and tastes so clean . love the atmosphere as well. price a bit high but i feel satisfied and healthy and content.
