Parma Trattoria & Mozzarella Bar

The food here is unbelievable. They have so many dishes on their menu that I would recommend but in all honesty, no matter what you order you will most likely be happy with your selection. My wife and I had our wedding dinner here and the food and service was exceptional. Good atmosphere and awesome. Food. Wine was also great!!

In my opinion this is the best Italian food in Boulder county and the surrounding areas. Just amazing. The flavors are authentic and rich. They also have a lean chicken option that comes with an arugula salad. 5 stars for sure

This place is a diamond in the rough. They're food is amazing, with fresh mozzarella and made to order homemade Italian dishes. I'm gluten free, so I give a toast to this place for offering so many options. They're staff is great, especially Melissa who always goes above and beyond make out dinner amazing!

Food was amazing I’ll start with that. Everything else not so much. I had a reservation for 6, we got there at 5:55 and after waiting at the front for 10 minutes the other members of my party texted me saying they were outside so we started our walk out to the patio. Every worker in the building cut me off running around and I understand being in a rush because of being busy but they weren’t busy and weren’t saying excuse me or apologizing for cutting a guest off. I sat at the table my family already with drinks another 5 minutes go by before the waiter comes and asks what food we want without offering drinks to myself and my girlfriend when we ask him for some he looked really annoyed. All in all the servers act extremely entitled and for such expensive dishes you don’t get much. $17 is not worth 5 half filled lobster raviolis. Food is great but overpriced and service is horrible.

Best Authentic Italian in the Boulder Louisville area. Wine list wonderful. Service A+. Friendly and knowledgeable staff Awesome Happy Hour. Love the small plates. One of my favorite places to dine when I'm in Colorado.
