Blooming Beets Kitchen

This place has fed not only my hungry belly but also my soul! The only thing they're missing is cooking classes! I enjoyed a chicken wrap that was so full of flavor with a side of beet sauce that paired well. I love the fact that they're totally gluten, dairy and major allergen free and simultaneously some of the best food I've ever had. I came back for desserts later that day and with friends shared the "donut" holes and the lava cake. I was in heaven!! As a bonus, our server was helpful and fast, the atmosphere is fun and fresh and their menus are packed with delicious, beautiful and nutritious creations. This will be my "go-to" every time we come visit Boulder. Please open one near Chicago!

This is one of the only places my wife can eat without worrying about food sensitivities. The food here is delicious and they have awesome coffee drinks. Start with the bacon wrapped dates. Their soups are great. Wraps are delicious. Grain free dairy free waffles?!?!?? Are you kidding me! Then the lava cake! Seriously check it out. Not the cheapest place to eat but way worth it.

This restaurant is fantastic! The food is amazing and it's so nice to go somewhere where I can confidently order anything on the menu without worrying about whether or not it has gluten. I highly recommend the Bacon Wrapped Dates as an appetizer, they seem to get better every time I try them! The only reason I'm giving a 4 star rating is because of the service. There is nothing especially bad about the service, except every waiter / waitress I've had seemingly has no idea what to do with us. When we first walk in they just look at us, and even after telling how many people we have in our party there is always hesitation, as of they don't realize we should be seated. It gets slightly better once at a table, but not by much. Overall, great restaurant that I'd highly recommend, just in need of some amount of training in how to handle customes.

Love this place, it's so nice to have options for allergy-friendly food! The food is great, the portion sizes are fine for me, but maybe a bit small for my husband, we always get very friendly service staff who are knowledgeable about the menu items. I think they are a bit understaffed on busy holidays and the like, food service gets slower then too, but that's part of a small-scale operation I suppose. Overall, great option for clean eating!
