Watercourse Foods

The food here is always delicious. The service is great and there are options for everybody with any type of dietary needs except meat, which no one really needs despite the fact, which I personally like it. I've been here a few times now and never had a bad meal or bad service. Sometimes the menu items are not described in a way that truly emphasizes the wonderful flavors and preparation of every dish on the menu. Highly recommend Watercourse Foods and I will definitely be back.

***Be advised that if you are with a party of 5+ people, reservations can be made. This place is deservedly BUSY. My friend and I visited during two weekday evenings during a business trip to Denver. The first time, we arrived on a Thursday night (7pm). We left after being told there was an hour wait. The popularity of this place piqued my interest, so I tried again the following night, this time a bit later around 8pm. Again there was a 45 minute wait. We decided to stick around, and we were not disappointed. The service was attentive and the food, delicious. I ordered the nachos to start and the Macro Plate as my entree. Highly recommended for delicious and healthy food.

The good: unique and tasty vegan food. The server was friendly and gracious. Not so good: wait was at least 30 minutes. But it's forgivable because they were very busy. Not forgivable: we were party of four and ordered four desserts. After another 30 minute wait we got three desserts. The fourth desert finally arrived right before we were going to leave. Something about burning in the kitchen. Will try again to see if there's less fire issues in the kitchen.

We showed up for brunch for my birthday last weekend and our group was blown away. The menu, the service, and the entire experience was one I won't soon forget. Trevor was amazing and if you're reading this, thank you again for a magical experience. Hands down the best vegan ranch I've had anywhere! The entire menu is phenomenal and the drinks are amazing! Definitely try the lavender mimosa!

Love a good vegan restaurant, however a lot of the menu items strike me as kind of heavy...the food is good for sure, but I often feel like I enter feeling great and leave with a brick in my stomach. For me there are better veg/vegan options in town, but not bad if you’re in the neighborhood and looking for a quick bite. Service is knowledgeable and friendly.
