Always love this place but today was different. The chickpea sandwich had maybe a tablespoon of whole chickpeas per half and so much Mayo, too much. Usually can't even see the Mayo and the chickpeas are crushed and mixed with very little Mayo to the point it can't be seen i guess. Way too little on the chickpeas and should cover the sandwich. Way too much Mayo that I could see it running over the side of the sandwich. Tons of lettuce. Guess it really was a Mayo lettuce sandwich. Bread was good. This is an update to last review. Returned a few weeks ago for a vegan Cake. We got the raspberry lemon and ate lunch also. The sandwich was good again. On the way out we even picked up apple croissants which were really tasty . The cake was a big hhi later. So glad it was a fluke before.

Everything here is so, so delicious and everything is vegan! Please try a beet brownie, they are so moist and chocolately and amazing. I come here every time I’m in Denver. Also the cinnamon roll and the pumpkin chocolate donut are worth mentioning ♥️

Oh my goodness. This was our last stop in Denver before our drive back to Texas and I’m in love. The best vegan pastries I’ve ever had. We got a cinnamon roll, a vanilla coconut donut and an apple muffin. I wish I’d found this place earlier in my trip, I would’ve stopped here for breakfast every day!

Quaint little vegan, gluten free bakery in a lovely older neighborhood. The donuts are fantastic and flavorful. You can get coffee, tarts, cakes and more.

I had a gluten free chocolate donut with raspberry frosting and it was delicious! So soft and flavorful which can be tricky when you have to eliminate eggs and dairy from gluten free baked goods. Washed it down with a cashew milk chai latte. YUM-MY!!! I’ll be back for sure. 😁
