Vital Root

Very cool experience. We felt like true hipsters coming here. The atmosphere is open & down to earth with lots of room for seating. You order cafeteria style and they deliver to your table. The menu we very creative and full of interesting veggie options. Will come again!

Food was good. Service wasn't great.. it took forever to order food and as I was about to pay an employee interrupted the person at the register. They proceeded to talk for a few minutes while I waited to pay. I understand stuff comes up, but take care of the customers who are there first. Especially for how much this place costs.

Love the food here and the free seltzer water. All the ingredients are wonderful and full of flavor. Had some issues with not-so-helpful staff but nothing too terrible (just inattentive). I come often and my only hope is if they'd lower prices just a bit -- I'd be here even more.

Trying to find a good vegan option in Denver. Denver is not a vegan friendly town. Food here is good but not very healthy. It is vegan bar food. Good atmosphere and good service.

Such a gem. Low key location with a ton of patio seating. The menu is very creative and offers many vegetarian options. They even catered to a nut allergy in the group. Tred a couple of small plates to get a sampling if the menu and everything was delicious.
