MAD Greens - Colorado & Evans

Paul and Molina helped me today. Fast and friendly. Delicious food that never ever let's me down. A busy location, however, even with a line around the door, they provide a timely service with an exquisite attitude.

I went there this evening to get a salad. I go there all the time. The person who helped me was running a little behind on putting my order together. I paid sooner since the cashier was standing there and I opted for no receipt. The cashier walks off and I’m still waiting for my salad. Told this salad preparer I paid already. As I walked away, I heard the same kid ask another employee if I really paid?! Don’t ever question a customer. If you are concerned, look at the terminal and be discreet about your concern. To be questioned twice was very upsetting. I will not be going to MAD Greens anymore. I will take my money elsewhere.

Never been too big on salads before, but dealing with gluten and lactose intolerancy, there aren't many options out there. I was feeling particularly like eating something light and a friend had mentioned this to me in conversation. We ended up heading out around lunch time and well, I'm quite thankful we did. I Got to built my own salad and I must say, that's probably the first time I've ever eaten a fill size salad in entirety, and also the first time I've felt full after eating one! Will most assuredly go back and see what else is on the menu!

Service Excellent. My experience seems opposite of many others. Wife and I got salads. Cesar and Cobb with ranch dressing. We agree our dressings are very watered down, cheap, flavorless. I've had tasty gluten free dressings before. And that's same issue with the Cesar and ranch dressings. This is our third attempt at three diff stores of yours. Same experience. The flavor ingredients: cheese proteins, craisans, were sparse. Eggs were flavorless too almost like they're not real like the hard boiled eggs from Safeway. Blah. Sad. Now we're done. You're profit margin with weak dressing and romaine bowls must be high. But now you're losing customers like us. You could be great. Concept is awesome. But I can go to several other places for more tasteful food.

I love this place, but more seating would be preferable. Staff is awesome, and the food is very good. I'm a regular.
