Gluten Free Things, Inc.

I went there with my fiancé , since she is gluten intolerant. It was amazing. The owner was nice enough to give us a sample of the bread he bakes. It was delicious. Usually gluten free break tastes like it is made of sawdust, but his bread was great. The bakery has a wide selection, and is fairly priced. I highly recommend this. The owner is very nice and helpful too!

I was very disappointed with this cake. My boyfriend got it for my birthday as a special treat because I'm gluten-intolerant. The cake itself doesn't have much taste and has the consistency of fudge. I thought this was because it was too cold, but after sitting at room temperature for an hour and a half, it's still incredibly hard. The frosting on it was not consistent either as it was thicker in some places and very thin in others. This cake was not worth the $50 that my boyfriend spent on it. I want so much to like my cake, but I just don't. I don't know if their other products are worth trying, but I'm not going to find out.

I came here to purchase bread for a friend. I found the products reasonably priced, the staff most accommodating, the taste and texture good (for what it is) and the store itself in need of a facelift.

Best dedicated gluten free items I've had so far. The French bread is so yummy and the staff is so nice and have usually given us samples. Definitely a must try and worth the drive!

I have always enjoyed the gluten-free breads from Gluten Free Things including my faves: their hotdog buns, english muffins, and pita bread pockets
