Just went to my first class today. It is a clean studio and Karen taught an awesome class. Lots of cues and instruction for our practice. I will say it wasn’t clear to us that we were going to a hot yoga class until we got there! Maybe that could be made clearer on the site for others in the future.
Great experience! Chris was an awesome instructor he was super fun and attentive to the needs of the class even went out to get me a cup of water during the hot yoga core work out cuz he saw I needed some. I was very impressed with the level of courtesy and professionalism from Chris and all of the other staff members the facility was clean and inviting. The yoga class was a great work out and helped me find my zen for the day, definitely will be returning.
Love going to the classes at this location. Some of my favorite instructors. It's been a really great space for me to do the mind and body well.
Came here for a Hot Power Fusion class. Erin was a great instructor. I will be returning in the future.
Love CorePower yoga..decided to take a class at 4:30, got to the door at 4:31, since the parking is currently an issue near this location. Doors were locked and teacher saw me but decided to not let me in. Very disappointed.
I was a couple years out of my yoga practice so started at the studio with Connor in the C1 Saturday class. I highly recommend for beginners or those that want to strengthen their fundamentals. It’s a nice mix of meditative and upbeat. Connor emits such a warm, open, and loving energy, which helps cultivate an environment of non-judgement and kindness. Progressed so much with him and will miss seeing his cheery face every Saturday!
This is not the studio I love anymore. A lot of unhappy and unprofessional people working here. I drove 45 mins there, found baby sitter for my daughter, just be able to make to the class. I arrived 15 minutes prior to the class, but just couldn’t find a parking spot anywhere, including the garage under the studio , any spot on the ground, and even the garage connect to whole food, which never happen to me. I finally got to the studio 9 minutes late. They said they can’t let me in. I asked if I can have an exception , since I have spent so much time and effort on driving as well as finding a babysitter. The next class they have is one and half hour later, which won’t work since I have to pick up my daughter. They said no. They first told me that the instructor ask not to let people in after 5 minutes. Then they said because it is not safe for me because there is no warm up. But I had been let in before a few years ago when I was 10 +minute late. People walked into a sauna room with no warm up all the time. They just tried to find an excuse to get me out of there. I feel really embarrassed by that point and left the studio. Ok I totally wasted 2 hours driving plus $$ foe baby sitter. They have people go in and out the studio to the bathroom all the times. They kept telling me they let me in would affect other people’s meditation. I was like?? So going out of the studio to the bathroom doesn’t count?? Anyway, I am not asking exception all the time. I understand that people should be on time for practicing, which I do 99% of the time. But I also think they should be more flexible when comes to one off scenario, which they had, until recent one year. People working there are not as professional as before. They had very good yoga instructors but they all left. When I walked in, the girl in the front desk was eating. She was still chewing when talked to me
Corepower feels like a little sanctuary of peace every time I go. I really appreciate every teacher met and the loving kindness that everyone has there. Truly an amazing studio that I always go back to.
