This space is like no other! I feel so welcomed and comfortable. To be able to meditate with others is so beneficial; it’s like going to a group fitness class vs. at home. Everyone’s energy surrounds you and it’s amazing to be joined by like minded people. This will make your day. Check it out.

The teachers are great, the space is beautiful and the online offering has been a life saver! The meditations have been really accessible to me as a beginner and I genuinely walk away feeling less stressed that I do when I arrive. Recommend trying out a class!
