Going to this studio changed my life! I was so sick of lifting weights at the gym and doing the same thing every week. Also, I was too lazy to stretch out my muscles and that’s very bad. But, by going to both Sculpt and C2 classes at the studio, I was able to find a nice balance between strength training and stretching. I’m getting stronger and more flexible with every class! I literally go every day and I don’t see me stopping anytime soon!
Becca's class at Fenway Core Power is excellent, great pacing, energy, flow, music playlist. Overall positive studio environment.
This studio is 95% college age women in its classes, and they also turn the music way up in class and it feels more like a dance or calisthenics class. I prefer more of a quiet class to bring my mind into focus, and focus more on the yoga. I'm not saying its wrong, just that it is engineered more as a fun activity, rather than traditional yoga you might know and expect. On the plus side, since there are so few men, there is enormous room to shower and change. I can give them an A+ on the available room in the waiting room and changing room for men.
I was visiting Boston and decided to try CorePower Yoga after a long day of shopping and walking around. They were very welcoming when I came in. I really enjoyed Ronan's class. He's very passionate and really helps you have correct alignment throughout the class. Highly recommend!
Went to this studio whilst visiting my son at BU. Very nice staff, studios and classes. Chloe was a great teacher, very positive with a flowing class. Hopefully, will be back in August. Jane Stevens.
