Forced to give one star as can not post with zero stars. Terrible experience. One person working who was clearly stressed out and stretched thin. No food at all. No beer at all and only two bottles of red wine. Blamed on delivery schedule however could have easily been rectified with a trip around the corner to market basket. Only 5 of our party of 6 could attend as one was sick. When doing roll call, i mentioned only 5 of 6 could attend and instructor said my card would be credited and to message on facebook if not received within24 hours. When I messaged owner stated absolutely no refunds and stated instructor was misinformed. Instructor was hurried, gave poor instructions, berated customers for asking for more paint and was clearly stressed at having to do it all by herself and was rude. She did not want to help, moved fast and got aggressive if you wern’t keeping up or following her contradictory directions. Very overpriced for what you get (or don’t get). Was ordering wine and instructor asked if we wanted to buy the bottle. I asked how much, to be told only that it is cheaper to buy the bottle. So i said we would take the bottle only to find out at the end that I had to pay $40 for an $11 bottle of wine and unless you are charging $10 a glass there is no way that bottle was a cheaper option. No one answers the phone or emails and your only option for contact is to purchase tickets on line. Clearly more focused on making money than customer service. Will never attend again.Much better paint options out there that are cheaper, include a drink and have friendly, helpful staff.

If I could give zero stars i would. Went to a class in the middle of December. We showed up 10 minutes early as it says to do on their website. No on was there and no one showed up until past 7pm. We tried calling and the girl who eventually showed up said she cant access the phone anyway. The "instruction" on how to paint was very sorely missing. There was no alcohol. One bottle of red wine. She said to go down the street and buy alcohol but cvs closed. For a paint and sip class I would rate this extremely low. Nothing to sip and no instruction on painting. Go somewhere else.

Tried for three weeks in advance to book a private event, called and emailed repeatedly the store ,also went by shop during times of events to find it completely empty and closed. Only to find out one week before the hoped party date that they had already scheduled public events for the whole month. Never was informed or contacted even weeks after the hoped date.
