An absolutely wonderful experience. The Farm-to-Table food was impeccable and they had a very impressive wine list. The staff was courteous and attentive but not at all overbearing; we stayed there three hours and not once did we feel pressure to rush or leave. Our waitress Kira (sp?) was so sweet and kind. A fabulous new scene in Manchester, would highly recommend and I can’t wait to eat here again!

My wife and I had a reservation at this restaurant for valentines day. Surprisingly the restaurant wasn't busy and we were seated right away as soon as we entered. Thid was the only positive experience I had at this restaurant. Right after we were seated it took the waitress 15 minutes to get us water and our drink orders. It took another 30 minutes to get us our drink orders and take our food orders. So at this point it's 45 minutes into dinner and we have had a glass of water each, which hasn't been refilled, with no bread or anything else for that matter. We ordered an appetizer and one entree each. The entrees come out 30 minutes later before the appetizer because they forgot it all together. On top of everything the entrees are cold. After waiting another 20 minutes for new entrees that were warm we decided we were done with this restaurant. After an hour and 35 minutes I received two glasses of water, a glass of wine, and a single entree. For the prices they are charging I expect the food and service to match. Neither did. There are a lot of restaurants I would suggest to visit on Elm St. but this is the only restaurant, I have been to, that I would suggest to avoid.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the venue was clean and had trendy decor and the restaurant was quiet during non-peak hours. I was glad to see a few vegan options and a menu that was well labeled for those with food allergies and dietary restrictions. I did have some major issues with the restaurant. 1. For a business that purports to champion wine as part of its identity, serving sparkling wine in a saucer is annoying for staff to serve and makes it really hard to smell the wine. Flutes are the sommeliers' choice. 2. The dishes were well seasoned, but there was not a salt or pepper shaker to be seen. The chef's ego doesn't supersede the customer's palate. 3. The food was delivered quickly, but no complimentary bread or cracker was available. The restaurant did offer a sorbet palate cleanser that was cloying and similarly sweet chocolate covered strawberries for the holiday. Unfortunately these came with no caveat as to potential allergy concerns. 4. Seeing the nation's 3rd most popular pet as a menu option was disturbing and ruined the mood. A restaurant offering cat or dog or even squirrel or horse meat would make most patrons uncomfortable. I suspect the chef was longing for a novel feel, but it just came off creepy.

Awesome experience. The manager gave us a tour of the facility and kitchen, which was a great experience! Great wine and food. Pricey but definitely a nice date spot if you're feeling fancy!
