Horrible service, overpriced items, and rude attitudes. The ladies who helped me were NOT helpful at all and did not inform me about the no return policy. You can find most overpriced products here at Walmart for so much less. The people here are rude and there is very little inventory. When trying to return my item (I had no idea that there was a policy) the lady in the back kept cutting in to my conversation and giving me bad looks. When I came back, they immediately told me to leave. Horrible horrible service. If I could put zero stars I would.

When I went in they were very courteous and helpful. They ask a few extra questions to make sure I got exactly what I needed and explained the difference in pricing of the 2 items I was looking at. I have had to purchase things here over the years and have found them always very positive and helpful.

They over price the stethoscopes. I can get cheaper same or better quality somewhere else.

I made a purchase yesterday and it was not the correct item. Today I went to return the item and the clerk said "no returns". As a new customer yesterday I was NOT TOLD this fact. Today, at a different register there was a sign BUT I was NOT at that register yesterday. In fine print on the receipt that you can't read without glasses it says "no returns". Wouldn't it be nice to tell customers this...especially when he knew I was a new customer! I will never shop here and will tell friends this. Cornell...how about posting a large sign where ALL customers can see this. In this day and age most all stores accept returns and a customer will tend to shop there most often!!!
