The Clerk is very nasty and will not help. He has a bad attitude if you walk in he will never greet and turn you away . I know it's a older man that owns this place and he don't know how his staff treat customers. The clerk is taking advantage of this own man. Years the older man had this place and others are taking advantage of him. I don't think he should have them working for him. I'm going to show the old man his reviews , maybe he will change his staff. It's sad when you trust ppl with your business and they give it a bad name after years of being known as a friendly helpful place.

Worst medical supplier. They refused to take my NJfamilycare after I've been approved. They told me that my insurance denied my medical device I need but when I called the insurance they told me they never received anything from them. I came back told them that and they still refused to take my insurance. The old guy there is a total jerk. Not professional and don't care about your need. DO NOT GO THERE!!! Save yourself time and energy and Google other medical suppliers. You may have medical needs but trust me you're better off without them.

I bought my mom a transport wheelchair, the miserable jerk that works there gives me the wrong size for one then a few weeks later the leg rests start falling apart. The chair is defective and they refused to take it back. Shame on the owners do not go there they sell defective equipment and cheap things and then don't care and don't want to hear it when you go back with a problem. Close your store already you do more harm than good.
