Corner Bakery Cafe

Corner Bakery had limited baked goods when I went. I had to wait approximately 5 to 10 minutes to get waited on. I was the only person in line. Several employees saw me standing there. They were having their own conversation. My order was accurate, however the counter person was not friendly or professional. The trash can was overflowing. It needed to be handled. The rest of the store was clean. The prices are above average and not worth it. The service alone makes me not want to return.

2022.05 The chocolate baby Bundt is good! 2021.09 Coffee was cheap but so good! I like the one on the second left, the others were too sour for me. The cookie was okay but also makes a good treat definitely coming here next time

So I left a review 4 weeks ago about this restaurant being very very bad I want to come back and let you know that Josh has taken care of my problem and every time I've been in the last week everything has been wonderful. They could have given me a free breakfast for all the bad breakfaces that I had but otherwise everything is everything is wonderful

Excellent food! Best eggs and bacon I've had in a very long time Pancakes were so light and fluffy. It was my first time eating here but I definitely wanted to go back the next day for more ! Loved being able to eat outside.

This place doesn't necessarily deserve 5 stars for its food or scenery, etc. However, while eating we were approached by a worker named Devora a few times and she was so incredibly nice and hospitable, and she made our baby laugh too. She made the whole trip worth it. I wish I was able to tip her but we don't travel with cash. If I do come back, it'll be because of how well Devora treated us. I hope she sees this.

The food tasted horrible. The food is cold and dry also hard. I have never been disappointed like this. Why does it have 4 stars. The water was the only good thing about the place.

They didn't have hine fries didn't tell me just gave me fruit. But, there's a lady with a voice like Butterfly McQueen from Gone with the Wind. Listening to that all day would drive me nuts. It was not a good look or listening time.

Rotten avocados. I only gave a second star because I generally have good experiences with this corner bakery, however after being served a breakfast bowl with rotten avocados that looked like someone's leftovers, I had to leave this review for the safety of others. I had my food delivered so unfortunately I could not take it back myself, but the avocados were right on top, so whoever made it clearly saw the black spots that covered the avocado, and served it anyway! While the manager tried to be accommodating by offering a refund, unfortunately that left me without the meal I ordered and it would've left me hungry if I didn't order a side dish. I am shocked that any establishment would allow this type of dish to go out the door.

The menu items that my friend & I ordered were good. There wasn't a huge "wow factor," but our meals were filling and had a decent level of flavor. I would say that my panini & the pistachio cranberry muffin that my friend & I shared were our favorites, the vanilla cold brew coffee was delicious, however I will not order the mint cold brew until the process of how it is made changes. But I do know the base of the cold brew is well established & tasty! As far as atmosphere is concerned, they are a mixture of a little trendy and a little modern. The seating is comfortable enough and in a spacious setting. However i will take issue with the service. The person who checked us out did not know how to do so properly, so I asked if they were being trained--they were not. So it took an absurdly long time to be checked out, then wgen we finally were they had messed up our order by bringing an incorrect order, then they didn't bring 1 of the items we had ordered. I am a seasoned reviewer at this point, so I know things can happen to cause a kitchen line to make mistakes, we are only human after all. So when places have bad days i.try to give them the benefit of doubt if i have a mediocre to bad experience, and I really hope that this is the case for this particular location. I obviously will go back & see if it was a fluke, or something they do on the regular. But until then, I say dine at this location with caution.

The place itself looked very nice. The food could've used more seasoning and if the cashier would have looked up from her phone, she might have gotten my order right. If it was busy, I can understand, however we were the only ones in line. Might try again but not anytime soon.
