Story

Victorian charm is coupled with modern amenities at Philadelphia’s Cornerstone Bed and Breakfast. Located just moments away from some of our historical city’s most celebrated districts and attractions, Cornerstone Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful, quiet retreat set amongst a world-class metropolis. A shining example of Philadelphia’s wealth of history and architecture, our bed and breakfast began as a simple 4-bedroom home in 1865 before a modern expansion to six rooms. While the house has been updated in recent years, we have retained much of its classical appearance while modernizing to suit contemporary sensibilities. Our home’s elegant carpentry, original hardwood flooring, and ornate stained glass windows recall all the appeal of a simpler time, and yet we are mere moments away from the Philadelphia Museum of Art, our thriving downtown, 30th Street Station, and the Philadelphia airport.
