Cosentino's Downtown Market

I decided to eat here before attending an event at the T-Mobile Center. I’m really glad I did because it was something different to try and the food was delicious. The chicken strips were some of the best that I’ve ever had. This supermarket is VERY upscaled and it’s a lot smaller considering that it’s located in Downtown Kansas City, Missouri. I think it’s great for folks that live and work downtown. They were also VERY friendly in here as well.

Loved shopping at this historic downtown grocery store, even if it was only to get my parking garage ticket validated. Facilities are clean! Smells like a classic city grocery store a good thing. I only bought a Coke, but the hot deli options looked and smelled amazing. Beef brisket, fried chicken, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy. Mmmm. And the fresh salad bar looked divine! The staff is super helpful and and friendly. McClain was such a kind and courteous cashier, and super cool. Definitely want to visit again when we come back to KC. Really neat place!

Always fresh produce. Store is kept immaculate! Meat and poultry prices are very reasonable.

love this store. I live downtown and this store is the extremely convenient for all my grocery needs. Place is always super tidy as well. They have a lot of gluten-free and vegan options as well that are high quality.

First time eating at Cosentino's. Stopped in after the parade. Reeva was the person who made our 4 sandwiches. They were amazing, lots of toppings. I went back after my meal to ask if leaving a tip was acceptable. But Reeva had left for the day. Please let her know she did a great job.

Went into the market to find food for dinner. Decided the pizza looked amazing and ordered several slices. Unfortunately the pizza was terrible. Worse than cafeteria pizza they used to serve in school. The market itself is well stocked and had plenty of options. Just wish the pizza quality matched the market quality.

Visiting KC on business and staying downtown, I visited the store multiple times for provisions and meals. Sean in the sandwich/hot food area is a peach: courteous, pleasant, and helpful. Great store with great people...really appreciated the quality and convenience.

I been going to this store since 2008. Always clean, and service is nothing but exceptional. Thank you and everyone that works there. Some of the best smiles are their birthday parties and it's due to the beautiful birthday cakes that you all make so Thank you.

First time visitor. Wide selection of supermarket food options plus excellent pastry and deli bars... A bit on the pricey side, but still worth the mile long, 15 minute walk from Sheraton Crown Center.
