Costco Wholesale Optometrist

5 people working and 1 in line. Been ignored. Good customer service doesn't exist anymore.

Is there any way to have one person dedicated to just processing transactions for people who just need to refill contact prescriptions? I had to leave to go back to work after waiting for 20 minutes and they got through one person in line who needed help finding frames.

Gone to this Costco optical for the past 18 years and I've always been impressed. Never a bad experience and fair prices. $119 for a combined glasses and contacts exam without insurance seems very fair to me!

We have been wearing glasses since we were kids and never had such a great experience! Sherry was beyond helpful and patient with our insurance. We can't wait for the next time we get glasses. Thank you Sherry!

Love this Costco! Sometimes is a bit to busy and crowded. Merchandise is always top and great quality! Las Vegas Raiders merchandise is great too.. Keep up the good work!

We got glasses for the family and we paid half what we would have paid at the optometrist's office. Fast, efficient and friendly. Pedro is the man.
