I brought a pair of broken glasses into LensCrafters 1617. I was met by Wendy Ycaza, manager. As they were not repairable, she sought to get a replacement frame from Ray Ban. I was going on a business trip and needed my glasses for my work. She worked hard to get them before I left but that was not possible. Then a replacement was found but not immediately available so again she went to work finding a solution. She called and told me that she located a suitable frame and could install my lenses and ship them to me. They arrived on the day that I needed them and they fit perfectly and the existing lenses work well with the frames. Today I went to thank Wendy in person for her good work. As a businessman I recognize the value of an excellent customer service person. Wendy is one of the best I’ve met in a long time. I am a customer of yours for many decades and always recommend people who need glasses to your store!

I came today for my broken frame eyeglasses, and NANCY is very helpful. She fixed my eyeglasses for 10 minutes and didn't charge me at all. I thought it's unrepairable but she positively took my glasses and assures me that she will look and find way to fix it. Thank you Nancy and Lens Crafters of Galleria Mall. and the rest of the 2 other technicians who greeted me with smile. - Rose, Las Vegas.

The entire staff was so friendly and helpful, both over the phone and in-person. The eye exam went smoothly. I also appreciated that they took the time to clean their equipment before use. Wendy provided excellent guidance in the whole process of purchasing glasses. The overall experience was just great.

Sophie was very friendly and helped me get my glasses fixed with no issues. Rick repaired them and did a great job! Good as new and it took less than 10 minutes.

Came in to do an exchange on my frame style within the 30 days and Luth made the process so easy. She was helpful and very kind. She also assisted in reading lenses that I have been wanting to duplicate. Would recommend this LensCrafters to anyone who wants kind and attentive service with a GREAT frame selection.

Sophie was wonderful - she helped my mom get her sunglasses fixed after she had lost a screw. We were in and out of there in a short amount of time and the service was excellent. Would definitely go back!
