Cotton On

Wish I could give zero stars. I went in for a return/exchange and the old lady said she didn’t have any of the items I had ordered in store without any effort to find any items to make an exchange so I said I would just return everything. She threw the clothes I was returning down on the counter like it was such an inconvenience to do her job. And then told me I couldn’t do the return in store because of the payment I used. I never had an issue at any other stores. This is why everyone shops online. Find better staff.

Worst customer service and communication ever. They canceled my online order and didn't even notify me about it. After not getting any shipping info, etc. I finally had to contact them and they said, Sorry your order looked suspicious so we canceled it. I also used some cotton on perks that I had earned previously by spending over $300, which those expired and they didn't even offer to let me reuse those again. Lesson learned, there's too many other great stores out there why would you put up with that. I will never shop there again. And to top it off, their clothing isn't that great to begin with. I am an Avid shopper, and shop frequently and I've never had someone say that my order looks suspicious and cancel it without any notification.

Today in the evening, we went to buy some shirts at this store and the ladies were absolutely awful. Shame on them!

I will be coming here often for their quality shirts and different apparel. I have always liked cotton on, and this store keeps me liking it

Always has great prices plus the clothes is very nice quality!

Worst experience of my life manager is so rude and unprofessional. He screamed at my 12 year old sister and I I will NOT be returning!
