So I just left the store and I love coming to this location because Chris is very helpful, knowledgeable about their products and full of positive energy. Thank you Chris for your excellent customer service. I hope management recognizes and acknowledge those hard working individuals.

This location is tight. Stocked up on everything, customer service is great, Isis greeted me immediately and helped me find some shoes, Brandon threw in a suggestion he thought I’d like. Best Zumiez I’ve been to hands down

Great, little shop - the manager himself saw to it I ended up with a b!tch!n' and affordable ride while I was in town. I knew they were short-staffed at the time, so meant all the more for him to take time out for my build. Whomever was working during the evening of 2019.03.27, big thanks!

Today a zumiez’s employee helped me out, his name is Brandon, I really hope he can get a promotion, he should be the Vegas zumiez manager at least. my sister was running late, and even tho they were closed I called and they let her purchase some stuff after hours. If you see this thanks bro!!!

Good selection except for the lack of size 13 shoe/flip flop and above. Nothing says customer service like "Looks like you have to go online and only do special shoe order huh? Lol...". Yes but having a giant foot doesn't mean make a backhanded compliment. I laughed it off and left. Size 16 shoe is hard to find anywhere but online. Maybe start carrying bigger flip flops. I would return but getting laughed at for having big feet doesn't feel good. Anyway go and visit and see if you dont get quietly insulted for having big features. 6'3 is not basketball player size...

They follow you around like your gonna steal something, asked me over 20 times if I needed help even though I ignored them, AND told them no 6 times. Zumez north of here "Meadows mall" has employees who are much cooler, and friendly.

We walked into this Zumiez looking for shoes for my boyfriend. We were bombarded by a young man and he would not stop until he knew he was going to make a sale. We couldn't even get a word in because he would not stop talking. He was very pushy and it got to the point that I had to tell him I hated the shoes they had and he was still trying to sell them to us. We finally had to walk out of the store without having a chance to look at the shoes.
