I came here today for an oil change on my lunch break. They were very efficient which I really appreciated! The staff is always courteous and professional, and the atmosphere is always friendly. Thanks again Timfront desk!

Very honest. I went to one of those car part stores to have my battery tested. The results said i had a bad starter. Went to Coulwood today to have the battery and starter tested. I just need a new battery. They could have easily said it was the starter.

Moved here less than 2 months ago from California. Had three different lights turn on in my car in one week! My uncle runs a shop that he took over from his father and they've been servicing our cars forever, so it was very important to me to find a family owned business here. Coulwood did not disappoint! I was in and out in about an hour and a half. Very fair prices! Not to mention the awesome waiting area with coffee and wifi. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be returning.

I would give 0 star. Stay out trouble, stay out of this shop. They lets my car sitting on the shop for 2 weeks. Never call to let’s me know what going on with the car. Call them but didn’t pick up the phone and hang up on me couple times. I came to the shop to ask, the service guy was very rude, talking to me like yelling” bring it to dealer “ he was acting very busy but he didn’t do nothing.

First they tell me my total cost max would be $300 I dropped it off first thing in the morning and didn’t get it back till the end of the day and now somehow had a total of $630 for brakes and a oil change just to find a new problem that never existed until they touched my car now a day later my cars overheating!? Would not recommend

Honest people, loyal to their customers. I have brought my car here 3 or 4 times and will never ever go anywhere else. Trust them 100% and recommend them to everyone. Sincere people. Thank you!

I had been going here for years, initially because the guys that worked there were friendly and took care of me. In recent years, the service has gone downhill though look at recent 1 star reviews within the last handful of months, regularly taking twice as long as the time I was quoted to perform the service. Recently, I had called to see if they could replace a tire for me. I told them I would bring my car in at 7:30 the next morning when they opened, and they told me they could have the tire by 8am, and changed within about 30mins, getting me out of there by 8:30. Cool. I get there at 7:15, and wait for them to open so I'm first in line. When I walk in, I confirm with the guy at the desk that they will have the tire by 8am, and he confirms that they will. I continue waiting, and around 9:45/50 I walk up to the desk to ask what the status of my car is. The guy tells me he hasn't been able to speak to the tire guy yet, so they didn't even have the tire at the shop yet. I'd been there for 2.5hrs!! WHEN WERE THEY GOING TO TELL ME?! How long were they going to let me sit there waiting?! They could've told me at 8:30 that they couldn't get ahold of the tire guy, and I could've had time to run somewhere else before they got busy. By the time they told me, I had to take my car to another tire shop, waiting another 4hrs to get my tire changed. Something that should've only taken 1hr of my time ended up taking 6.5hrs of my time, resulting in me losing PTO at work. That cost me hundreds of dollars of my time, on top of the cost of the tire. Being friendly at the front desk only gets you so far. If it's accompanied by poor or inconsiderate service, it doesn't really mean anything. Thoroughly inconsiderate of their customers time, and I won't be going back again.

Ever since I stumbled upon this gem, I refuse to let anyone else work on my car. This is one of the best auto shops in the area. John and Shane are absolutely welcoming. Now there will be a wait because keep in mind they’re short staffed and always crowded if you can get there early, GET THERE EARLY the prices are very affordable for the amount of work done. I even take my little one with me sometimes and she entertains everyone. They will also plug your tire for $15 and give you free air at the last door on the right.

Excellent service! They even gave me a ride home so I could leave my car! Blue Electra and I will be using them as our primary go-to! Love that!!!

The workers are steady moving, the price was decent. However you'll have to stalk your car or the checkout to know when your vehicle is ready...If I had any interest in constantly seeing if a grown man is doing what he's supposed to, I'd be in a relationship.
