Parking is not included? 6 dollars a day to park in a lot is crazy to me. Over priced coffee. The people who work the food bar are amazing. Rooms are a little dated and not up to standard. There is no cleaning service unless you ask. Not sure what your really paying for, sub par in most categories and then paying for parking. No 24 hour coffee, unless you make your own coffee in the morning they have no coffee. Staff is friendly for the most part but I hope I can find a hotel in that area to suit my needs.

Upon arrival staff was amazing. Location was great for our reason of staying. It was me, my husband and our 1 month old daughter staying to be close to the childrens hospital. My daughter had surgery early that morning. But unfortunately during the night our bathroom light glass had fell from the ceiling and busted all over the floor from what looked like an apparent leak above us we were on the bottom floor. I was just in the bathroom a few hours earlier with our baby giving her a bath. we were only there a total of 6 hours from check in to check out. Our bathroom floor and carpet in the sink way was flooded. When we woke up and found the issue I had contacted the front desk to let them know and a staff member had come to look at it and she took pictures and offered to get us another room but I advised her we’re checking out anyway to get to the hospital. She did not clean any glass up or anything. Just apologized and left. When I checked out I was advised a manager would be contacting me that day to discuss the problem and I never heard from anyone. When I called to speak with someone they tried to offer me points to an account which I told them those didn’t benefit me none. Then was only offered a 25% discount which kinda offended me.

Seriously paying to park? It's not parking garage. I've attended many events here over the year and was planning my own. Millions spent in remodeling. Our wedding party will be staying here. July 4th weekend our local friends are throwing a huge party. It's an annual even.Rooms: 5/5

This was a decent stay...rooms need alot of updating. The bed was comfortable nice towels but the carpet and furniture needed a good cleaning! Trash on the grounds people hanging out on the grounds.Rooms: 2/5

Always a pleasure to stay at Marriott hotels. We stayed at two separate nights and staff remembered us and welcomed us both time with great hospitality. The room was clean and room service was prompt.

I checked in today. Found cat food all over my floor in the king suite. The microwave was not cleaned and smelled like onions. The associate was very unapologetic and did not do much to fix the situation. I will never stay at that property and do not recommend.Service: 1/5

This was a great experience. We were in town for a weekend get-together and it was a perfect location. Close enough to downtown for easy access while being far enough away to avoid some traffic. The staff was excellent! They were the highlight of the stay. Highly recommend!Rooms: 5/5

Our third and last stay at this location in 3 years. At this price point breakfast was not included, water pressure was very low and room sofa sagged terribly. Room/bed was clean & comfortable but the whole property was in need of maintenance/upgrade. Our room had peeling wallpaper and our hallway wing had sustained water damage. Also as a "pet friendly" facility, there were no pet waste stations. Staff was very courteous but did not make up for the above mentioned issues.

This is not a Hotel it's an upgraded motel. The lobby was nice. Rooms not so nice. Musty dirty carpet. Found hair in both beds. Asked housekeeping to change bed, she put sheets on desk and expected me to change them. Bathroom door had hole in it where they just plastered over it. Saw 2 baby roaches on TV stand and 1 in Bathroo m. Nasty hotel/motel.
