The rooms are very nice, the staff is very accommodating. We stay here a few times a year, and keep coming back because of the service. Robert in the bar is amazing with his recollection of past guests. Always goes out of his way to make us feel comfortable and get us whatever we need. Our group tends to drink more than our fair share of Coors Light, and he makes sure there's plenty. Alisa, the chef, is constantly running when she works, and absolutely will not turn out a meal that isn't up to snuff. She's told us in the past something was going to be a little while longer because she didn't like the way it turned out and was making it again. I can't say enough about these two, they're the biggest reason we keep coming back. 4 weeks and counting this year.
Yes yes yes! As am ambassador elite I love the attention to detail for myself when I checked in. Wish i caught her name, she was very composed and positive when there was a rush of people checking in. Definitely appreciate her calling for support to help the other clients check in. The hotel looks brand new, smells great I’ve been in some wet cardboard boxes before so this was nice and my room was beautiful! The bed was so comfortable, I was shocked to find a fantastic jet tub in my suite. Excellent quantity of towels, layout of room and lighting fixtures was effective can you tell I LIVE in hotels lolol and yeah, I can’t wait to stay here again!
Called at 3:51pm to ask if pool and hot tub were working, was told that they were. Drove there arriving about an hour later, booked room, went to room and changed clothes. We go down to the pool and nephew starts swimming in the pool there's a women and child there as well. There's a sign around hot tub saying it's closed so we go ask what the deal is since that was a deciding factor of where we stayed since the nephew was with us. The guy gets kinda rude and says the pool is closed too, but nobody seems to know why. He goes to the pool and puts makeshift sign on the door and tells everyone they need to leave. We go to room, change back into regular clothes, and head downstairs. Upon speaking to the manager apparently the pool is fine but hot tub has a leaking pipe not what sign says so it'll remain closed. I'm giving 2 stars rather than 1 because the refund process was pretty seamless. The place looks nice, but being told everything is good, driving almost an hour and checking in to realize it's not, then the lack of communication and poor attitude of the desk worker... ehhh. The manager was nice enough when we spoke at the end, but we were leaving at that point.
This hotel was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the bar and the Starbucks located in the lobby was very convenient in the morning. I did not like the fact that they don’t have room service, and there aren’t any restaurants or anything walking distance to the hotel.
Amongst several stays, Jayla and Jay make this hotel premiere and luxury by the contoured and high quality service provided. They TRULY represent 'home away from home' and 'peace while you're away'... Thank you BOTH for making every trip worthwhile!Rooms: 5/5
Meets courtyard standards. Better than normal workout rooms. The bartender is excellent and outside the have really nice seating with fire pitsgas.Rooms: 5/5
SCAM Hotel or HIGHLY SKETCHY STAFF - we had multiple rooms booked and realized one needed to be cancelled. We cancelled on the Marriott App and called the hotel directly to be told we would not be charged. Upon check in I asked for confirmation that the hotel room had indeed been cancelled without charge - again confirmed it had. Once we reviewed our credit card bill we had an unknown charge from this hotel. Upon talking to the hotel I was informed it was for the cancelled room BUT they can not email or provide a copy of the invoice or charge. Now they tell me what I was told was incorrect and there would have been a charge. The invoice is not on our Mariott App. I have no invoice for the charge. I have phoned back 6 times, no one has been able to send an invoice so I can see the charge. I have not been able to speak to any one of any authority. I believe there is scam behaviour happening by employees at this hotel. A business that tells you one thing and does another, charges your credit card and will not provide you a record of the charge is the definition of SCAM. Stay away.
This hotel is garbage, old dated rooms and a GM that couldn’t care less about their clientele. Beware of the ridiculous 48 HOUR cancellation policy that they refuse to waive even if you cancel the day before and have status. Marriott sure know how to lose a member who was about to buy a Hawaiian timeshare package next week and they are worried about charging me $158 for a room i didn’t even stay in! Even stayed at another Marriott and they still give absolutely no consideration. I’m done with this brand
