It’s been lovely it’s a quiet neighborhood and the the community is relaxed it’s nothing like living in the city I’m use too the gym is so relaxing and the pools too Joyce who was are agent was very friendly and cool to speak too and was able to help us move in sooner then our initial date

Austin completed my maintenance request timely. He went the extra mile to ensure my request was completely fully. He had a very kind and professional demeanor. I liked how he explained what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. Thanks again!

My bestie gal and hubs live here.   They like it here.  I get to join her at the pool occasionally.  The pool is clean most of the time and not so crowded. They have a party going on here today at the pool.  The pool attendant and people that hosted the pool party are friendly.  Food is good too.

Living is this community has been a breath of fresh air. Great neighbors who are friendly but also respectful of your personal space. The management team communicates well and the maintenance team takes care of issues in a timely manner. Overall very satisfied with the experience.

I love the location, close to the beach, Hilltop shopping and a quick drive to Oceana. The grounds and amentities are well kept and the entire staff is wonderful. I definitely recommend checking this property out!

It’s clean, decent with a reasonable price. The staff are very responsive, friendly at the same time professional.

Pet friendly, great location, and decently priced. Definitely worth setting an appointment if your on the market for a new home! Staff is great with answering questions and a simple google map search of the area and you can see it competes on all levels that your looking for in a apartment/townhome.

Very pleased with how kind and how the staff goes out of their way to assist the problems of their residents. The community is quiet and peaceful and at a great location. Would recommend the courtyards at the Chanticleer to everyone!
