Latitudes Apartments

Living here for two years was a great experience honestly. Only issue was water bugs during the warm weather seasons showing up, but that is not the fault of the complex. The maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues and the office workers are great. I do recommend this place for any young apartment people or families.

Alison and Paige were amazing! Even though I chose a different property due to it being closer to my brother's job, these ladies personified GREAT Customer Service. If they made me feel absolutely welcome as a prospective tenant, I know that they take great care of their residents.

Great location! Free easy parking. Friendly neighbors. Looking forward to the pool this summer. Staff is nice, professional and always has time to answer my questions.

This place is super sweet and conveniently located in walking distance near everything you need and want. Best place I have stayed in a while. Super laid back atmosphere and welcoming. You will hear planes consistently, but this place will make you forget about that as its complete to stay forever.
