Worst place to live! Something is always broke in the apartment and it takes forever to get fixed. Management is awful. Mary to be specific! She is very rude, doesn’t do her job correctly and seems racist might I add. Oh and she loves to hang up the phone in your ear and claim you’re screaming at her, because she know she’s wrong and wants to play victim. I don’t recommend moving here at all. 1300+ a month for a ONE BEDROOM and nothing even works!

I have not been a resident very long, but I do want to share my experience so far. My leasing agent was Hanadi. She was very polite and helpful through the application process, they day I picked up my keys she told me my bathtub would be reglazed the following Monday. What I did not know until the very moment the contractors came was that my dog or myself could not be home. I ended up having to leave work early that was super inconvenient. I had a few concerns just a few days after moving in. I was surprised at the that’s not my job attitude I received, though I understand every one has their own job description and duties I was still in shock. My next encounter was with Savannah. She is a rock star! Shout out to her give that girl a raise! Ms Mary now I’ve read almost all of the reviews and majority of the ones that referred to her were not nice, let me tell you about this woman. She has promptly& professionally responded to each of my concerns. I appreciate her kindness and professionalism! My concerns have all been handled in a timely fashion. I’ve met one maintenance man so far I think his name is Christopher, he was kind, and patient with me. I think I’m gonna like it here. It’s kinda pricey but what place in Virginia Beach isn’t?

Well I have a 2 year old daughter and her dad and I live in a 2 bedroom apartment marry is a rude person. We moved here and still lives here and we have cockroach problems. They only thing they do oh we spray once a little, And walk out. And everything is always brokeand never fixed and late fixing it.

I’m very thankful for the Breeden company. They are helping veterans like myself who have suffered homeless. Affordable and clean. Pool gym and wonderful office staff.

Ive lived here for 4 years and let me tell u this place has gone down heal tremendously. The maintenance do not know what they're doing they just hire people on the streets all they care about is their money but if something's wrong in the apartment they don't come fix it correctly I had four Outlets that were sparking and they didn't fix them correctly so I could not use them and then Miss Mary she is the one of the rudest management ever there the other ones they don't know what they're doing they're always on their phone watching movies... if I could give this place a zero... and then on the top of that they raise your rent up $150 every year you stay here which is ridiculous....On top of that the water is always off every single day

My first time living in an apartment situation I would have to say it’s been one of the most pleasant experiences so far I love the staff and the leasing office. When I had any issues with my apartment, they made me feel like a priory. Always warm and welcoming community and I feel at home for the first time in a long time!! Love y’all

These guys try to work with folks and I'm giving 5 stars for this reason! Paid 3 app and admin fee of $300. They held my unit for me, but unfortunately I wasn't able to rent due to Syreeta McCoy of Va Bch Dept of Housing. Thanks Emerald Point!

I Been here almost two years now .. Great place to live and raise a family.. Went through a hardship but the apartment complex has been helping me with all issues… Don’t be scared to rent here

I would give it a 0 but you can’t. Do not rent in the place apparently you cannot have guest or family over because you have to announce it and they have to be in the lease. Rude people especially Mary.

My husband and I moved in just a month ago. Everyone from office to maintenance. Deserves a 100 percent. We love it here . And plan on staying here forever
