Great experience with Couth Canine and George, I highly recommend him. Our 3 year old German Shepherd was dog aggressive and needed some basic manners, he was unaware of his size. We did the boot camp for two weeks and our dog did great and other dogs can now exist without a major meltdown and our walks are relaxing rather than "patrol". My husband and I can't thank George and Couth Canine enough! After sending Lola to his two week boot camp, I am so pleased to have a well behaved dog who is adapting to our lifestyle rather than us to hers. She now relaxes on our schedule where she calmly rests while we as a family enjoy a relaxed evening at home. Prior to her training with George, we would follow her around the house to keep our eyes on her so she didn't have accidents in the house. Not a very relaxing lifestyle! We would have to kennel her up when guests came over but now we can introduce her to others. When researching George's company, I had many questions before I would commit to the boot camp, and George was patient and listened to my concerns about Lola and shared how he could help us. During the boot camp, there were three training sessions with the entire household my husband, daughter, and son-in-law and i where he demonstrated his techniques and had us practice with her in his training facility and in our home. We also receive great follow up advice when we have questions. I am so glad we committed to this training. George is very knowledgeable and is able to demonstrate his techniques while patiently answering our questions. I highly recommend Couth Canine! Thanks for all you taught Lola and our family!

George is the best dog trainer I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He took our wonderful at home/nightmare on a walk pup for two weeks of training. He turned her from a leashing pulling, shrieking little monster to a polite, pleasant walker. It feels like a miracle. Not only is George patient and kind, but he has a well developed, clear training system that is easy to implement at home so we're reinforcing the good behavior. I would recommend him to anyone.

George is truly the Dog Whisperer. My hubby and I opted for the four training sessions package for our 8 month old chocolate lab, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our dog is so well trained in just four sessions that I can imagine the dogs that go through the 2 week Couth Camp are probably using the toilet and flushing on their own afterwards. If you're looking for a dog trainer, search no more. Hire Couth Canine. Just do it!

Let me give you the bottom line upfront: George is a pro’s pro in the training of dogs. I share the following story so you understand how important it was to me to find THE right trainer for my white female Lab pup. Thirty one years ago, while living in the Chicago area, I acquired a black lab pup from a field trial breeder in WY. She was a fantastic, loving and extremely smart Lab. My neighbors kept telling us to use a boarding service that would also train the dog during its boarding duration. I traveled frequently and on one weeklong trip, my wife accompanied me, so we utilized this service. It was a TOTAL disaster! Upon picking our Lab up, we noticed her personality was completely different, afraid to come when called, and would run, cower and whimper if you raised your hand to pet her. Long story short, she never fully recovered. Fast forward to the present, this is the first dog since the Black Lab and I was fearful of a repeat experience. After an extensive search, conducting due diligence, and several conversations with George, we took the plunge and enrolled our wild, biting, but affectionate, 18-week-old puppy into Couth Camp, a 2-week training program. During these 2 weeks you visit twice, so you can see the dogs progress and train along with your dog. Upon graduation, George brings your dog home and conducts a third training session in the dog’s natural environment. One week later, George makes another house call as a follow up training session. Also included with Couth Camp is lifetime training when boarding at Couth Canine at no additional charge. Results: Our pup came home 180 degrees from her unacceptable behavior, to a non-biting, calm, trained pup who is still an affectionate, fun, loving family member. We are constantly receiving unsolicited comments from strangers about how impressed they are regarding her demeanor, particularly given that she is not even 10 months old as of this writing! We can take her out to eat, and at the table, she lays next to us, never reacting to the servers, or to other guests, much fun and a total delight! The transformation is truly remarkable. I can’t say enough how George saved us for it got so bad, we actually discussed returning our pup to the breeder. We have waited months to write this review for we wanted to board overnight and drop her off for day sitting a few times to determine if the Couth Canine experience is consistent - it is! We could go on, but we are sure you understand our thoughts concerning Couth Canine and George. endorse Couth Canine 110%!

Could not recommend George and Couth Canine any more highly. Our GSD loves daycare, boarding, obedience training, and even e-collar training with George! She has become an integral part of our family, which means George has too!

George runs an exceptional company! My mother-in-law brought her little Yorkie in for the two-week boot camp. Before the boot camp, we were having trouble with her pooping and peeing in the house and barking at all hours of the night. After the boot camp, no pooping and peeing and little Lola sleeps through the night! We couldn't have asked for a better trainer. George was patient and answered every question. He also gave us tools to maintain her training. After our experience with Couth Canine, my mother-in-law got her first compliment on how well-behaved Lola is. Saying that she is 1000% better-trained somehow feels like an understatement.

Couth Caine is the greatest thing that has ever happened to me and my fur child Walter. George, the CEO and master trainer is so loving and caring in his approach to training your dog, and has a beautiful facility to conduct elaborate training. I was told by Pet Smart that my dog was untrainable...at the end of my first session with George he proved them wrong and I saw a noticable difference in my dogs behavior. I would without hesitation refer all to Couth Canine to help tranistion your dog into the perfect little gentleman/lady!

George is the the best. We heard of him from friends who had great results. He trained our lab puppy, who is not an easy pup, with enthusiasm and positivity. Most importantly, it worked!
