Covington Police Department

I just want to give a special thank you to Officer Denney Who went up and beyond last night to help us find our vehicle that had been taken by someone that was not authorized to drive it. He didn’t have to take the time to call me back several times or dispatch other officers in different counties to help me locate it but he did everything that he could and then some so for all of his efforts I want to say thank you ! I can tell that this officer has a sweet compassionate caring side and that is what makes great law enforcement ! Thank you again!

i received a 50 dollar ticket for 'parking in a handicap spot' on my street. when i parked the night before there was a GMC YUKON parked in front of me in the handicap spot. my car didnt move for over 24hrs. my car was parked 18 feet behind the handicap sign. but there seargent refuses to correct the matter. sad excuse of tax paid public servants. glad to see they go above and beyond on pest removal. what a joke

They’re on it in terms of defense, but costumer service is awful. They are so rude. From the people who answer the non emergency line to the first defense cops.

The Officer in this video has tarnished the reputation of what used to be a good PD. This PD is now earning the hate. "Covington, KY PD - ILLEGAL detainment, TYRANT ALERT! FAIL"

Failing a first amendment audit is a sure way to get one star, combined with an officer making false claims and detaining someone that committed no crime. I will be interested to see what other civil rights investigations/audits expose in this PD.
