Everyone was and is soo friendly and helpful! Very kind and welcoming! I love the energy and the atmosphere! Super clean and organized! The Gentleman who helped me out was even kind enough to hand me his card and advised me to give him a call if I ever needed anymore help with setting up! Great people overall, especially the security guard as you walk right in the door! We had great laughs and smiles were all around! Thanks to all of you who were there to be of amazing, 5 star, 10/10, Service!
Minus the parking I had a very pleasant experience. The store is clean. I was greeted by Anderson and he put me on the waitlist. I wasn’t enthused about a waitlist but I didn’t have to wait long at all. I was helped by Damion. He answered all my questions and made sure I got the plan that was best for my needs and budget. He was much more helpful than the 3rd party people I spoke to on the phone.
My internet has been down on and off for 3 weeks. Every time I call, they say it should be working fine. They are going to charge for a technician to come out but it's the terrible quality internet they provide. They are going to lose my business. Update-went to the store and spoke with Caitlin. She provided great service and resolved the issue!

I get a message on the phone each month...your bill is do ... since we live so close we just go there and pay in the machine.. Since Y'all won't take cash by hand anymore..Well I HAVE to always over pay.. To make sure the bill is paid in FULL...BECAUSE IT Take cash only...it never give change back.. So why don't that extra change the machine keeps...Going toward the next month bill... My bill never Change's...SAME PRICE EVERY MONTH...I really won't to know.
After much frustration With another network provider, I decided to go with Cox for Internet service in my home. The Ordering process went well, the representative seem knowledgeable and the process sounded easy. I went to the location near me, picked up the devices and instructions were provided. The representative was helpful, direct and offered further support if needed. When I ask what the final price was, it was a different quote than what the representative had stated on the telephone. In question, the order was reviewed only to find out that she had added HBO Max along with the order. Once removed everything was as should be, I left happy and hopeful that I would have Internet after waiting 12 weeks for Verizon to come fix the problem. I got everything home, set it up, no Internet still. Obviously you have to make sure that your coax cable is active… So tomorrow a tech is coming out. Hopefully I will still be happy with the decision that I made in changing network services.
Every year I go into a Cox location to renew my bill for the year. This year I went to the store at Military Highway near Panera. I went right in. I met with Kevin. He was Great!!!! I simply told him I was there to renew and he had it done in minutes. He was kind, caring and very consumer friendly. He understood what I needed and was able to do it in record time. I'm always grateful to have these stores where you can go in and get face to face service. Kevin was awesome!!! He definitely made it a pleasant experience for me. Thank You Cox for letting me come face to face!!!!!
Set up an account, they told me to come down & get an installation kit, and then didn’t let me pick it up because I wasn’t the primary account holder. Even though they took my info and made me a pick up person.
