Desiree S. is amazing! She talked us through how to do a Verizon to Verizon phone plan transfer. Her explanations were detailed and thorough. She also helped my husband and I find + set up new phones. This included doing the data transfer, putting on the liquid screen protector, walking us through new settings, and putting on our new cases. She was VERY patient and kind throughout the whole process. Desiree and the whole Saturday afternoon crew were funny and fun to be around.We definitely were entertained and enjoyed our time in the Little Creek Verizon store.
Desiree helped me upgrade to a new phone and she was kind, patient, and easy to work with. Montrel was also a big help while I was there. Also Andrew & Justin. Very professional.
Digan helped me and my parents switch to verizon and utilize verizon's deals to upgrade our phones. Very easy to talk to and answered our changing questions. I left an important sticker in my trade in phone, but we had gone in the next day and they still had it. thanks!
I came in maybe twenty minutes before close to pickup my phone that I had ordered. Elijah was super helpful and provided superb customer service. I didn’t end up walking out of the store till 7:03 And not once did I feel rushed. He seemed young and carried himself so well. I’ve been in retail management for 10 plus years and his customer service was beyond his years. Congratulations to Verizon for having people like Elijah being the face of their company. I will only go to this location in the future and will ask for Elijah everytime!!!
