CPC Behavioral Healthcare Helen Herrmann Counseling Center

Would rate 0, shittest place on the planet. I usually NEVER write reviews but for this place I legit feel the need to warn people to never ever come here. They have no heart towards people, don’t even bother listening to your own needs. Staff is just flat out rude, almost disturbing to go. Every time i go there, it ALWAYS ends up me being unsatisfied. People who need help, this is not the place for you. You’ll just end up disappointed.

this place is amazing i have a counselor and a psych dr in the same place and the psych dr is really nice and actually listens to me very unlike all of the other counceling centers i went to

The worst place to get recovery. Jackie a counselor who should find a new Job because she's a useless as the program itself. She's supposed to help you but is rude and unprofessional and Charlie is even worse. I got dropped from the program for having court and fought so Much to keep my case open and it got nowhere. These people do not care one bit about people and there recovery. They should be ashamed of themselves to even be in such a profession. They pick and choose who they like and favor people over others. Wouldn't be surprised if this place is responsible for a ton of relapses.

If I could give this place a negative 1000000 star I would. Absolutely sucks. I have called for weeks trying to get a appointment with the lady I have seen and left a number of messages called her supervisor and still no response!!! Really you care that little about people? I was set to take my daughter here but will no be wasting my money on this place. I was in the military and use to sub par treatment but this is ridiculous. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!! Update: a very nice gentleman called and address all my needs. I would move this to a three star now.

The counselors are unprofessional ,they have ZERO knowledge and do not care if client shows up to session or not. I need help and they do not help with any counseling or therapy! it is a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!!!
