Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

This is probably my girlfriends favorite restaurants. So naturally we go here maybe about once a month, maybe more depending. But the food is usually consistent and what you come to expect from a “Southern” style restaurant. My only complaint is that some of the serving staff can be very gruff and not so welcoming. I mean I get it the restaurant business can be soul sucking, but if the premise of your place is southern hospitality then you should probably be a little more welcoming. But like I said it’s only some of the staff not all.

Just awesome. Had the Friday special fish fry. The turnip greens are tasty. I love the Mac and cheese. Just hate that I have to come to Montana to have it.

Absolute love taking my family here! Great food and atmosphere! I especially enjoy looking through the shop as I wait for my food to arrive.

This is a must-eat place every time we visit Missoula. They have great food at great prices, and the portions are not at all skimpy. Their food never disappoints. Such a fun, yet laid back atmosphere, and the staff is so friendly.

20180518 - I have supper here after Day One at the 2018 Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses. 20180529 - I return to have supper again. C-barrel is one of the few restaurants that I still eat at. The reason is because they serve grilled trout with vegetable sides. That with a glass of lemon water and you have a very healthy meal.
