Working with New American Funding has been a blessing. One of the things I highly value you in life is honesty and good relationships and I found both working with Craig Johnson and his team. Communication has been top notch and if there were any questions or any doubt those questions were answered and any doubt was eliminated immediately. Craig was amazing and I can say without a doubt he has your best interests at heart. If I have to go through a home buying experience again there is no other lender I’m choosing than New American. I appreciate everything.
Craig and his team are TOP NOTCH!!! They have made the buying of two homes the best experience ever! They take what is normally a very stressful thing and make it pleasant. We will never finance through anyone other than Craig and his team. I would recommend them anyone!

Craig was awesome with assisting me in this process. He was very attentive and was always there to communicate with me when needed. Craig was not one to try and push me to sign anything nor did he make promises that he knew he wasn’t able to keep. He was very sweet and respectful and I am grateful for him being the person to work with through this process.
Craig and his team absolutely went above and beyond to help me with refinancing my mortgage. He was honest and gave me very good information. I cannot think of a single criticism. I highly recommend his services!
Craig is hands down the BEST! I've purchased several houses in the past and Craig & team never disappoint! Everyone in the process was very forthcoming and knowledgeable on communicating where in the process we were, what was next, what was needed and when to expect it! If I had a question or concern someone was always responding back very quickly either on the answer, clarification or a resolution. I have already and will continue to recommend Craig and his team! They did an awesome job and we were extremely pleased with both the process and timeliness! KUDOS to the entire team!
